Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HireAI and the hire-ai.in platform, operated by HireAI. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptance

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and HireAI. You confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation if you are registering on its behalf.

Use of Service

HireAI is designed for businesses and recruiting professionals. You agree to use the platform only for lawful hiring and recruitment purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics
• Upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform
• Share account credentials with unauthorised parties or resell access to the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform outside of our official API

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Provide accurate and current information when registering. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@hire-ai.in.

Each account is for use by a single organisation. You may invite team members within your subscription limits.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you choose. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your billing details. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account may be suspended until payment is received.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Intellectual Property

HireAI owns all rights to the platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and assessment results. By uploading content, you grant HireAI a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that could harm other users or HireAI. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

HireAI is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about specific hiring outcomes, the accuracy of AI-generated candidate assessments, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireAI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
